About Me

My photo
Behind the Barr
I love living in rural Australia and always feel a little bit sorry for people who live in cities. I'm still trying to decide what to do when I grow up. I'm just about through the phase of wanting to be an astronaut. Mostly I'm a Mum, followed by remedial massage therapist. I've always enjoyed writing and it led me to writing a weekly column for The Koondrook Barham Bridge newspaper for a couple of years. "Today is the first day of the rest of your life". - is one of my favourite sayings - when I think about this quote, it reminds me to stop worrying about the past, to look ahead, plan adventures and try new things.
